WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT `LAWS` TO MAKE IT AN OFFENCE TO CAUSE ANY `OBSTRUCTION` OF A PUBLIC `FOOTPATH` BY PARKING ON THEM, A `FOOTPATH` SHOULD BE AS IN ITS NAME, ONLY FOR PEOPLE ON FOOT, THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY WHO DO THIS AND ONLY THINK OF THEM SELVES AS LONG AS THEY CAN PARK AS CLOSE TO THE DOOR AS POSSIBLE, THE BLIND, DISABLED SCOOTERS, MOTHERS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN AND PUSHCHAIRS AND THE AGED, IF THE CASE WAS THE OTHER WAY ROUND WITH PEOPLE CAUSING AN OBSTRUCTION BY WALKING IN THE ROADS THIS WOULD BE STOPPED, `WEST MERCIA POLICE` HAVE MADE A STATEMENT THAT THEY WILL NOT DEAL WITH IT AS IT IS `PETTY` UNTIL SOMEONE GETS HURT OR KILLED, THERE IS A LIST OF COMPLAINTS IN THE SHOPSHIRE STAR AT THIS TIME, POOR STATE OF AFFAIRS.
