Rejected petition Re-look at The Dangerous Dog Act.

Why are dogs being judged based on their breed? Chihuahuas were rated worse on the temperament scale than a pitbull, so why arent Chihuahuas on the list? its unfair on dogs and unjust on owners. aslong the dog is obedient and is safe to the public, there should be no discrimination between breeds.
