Rejected petition Parking permits to be issued in order to park in parent & toddler spaces

To many parents have to struggle daily getting babies/toddlers out of normal car parking spaces whilst people without children take up parent and toddler spaces
New Parents should be issued with a permit dated up to the child’s 5th birthday that should be displayed in order to park in parent spaces
