Rejected petition Reinstate the General License (GL 04/05/06)

Following a legal challenge by Wild Justice, Natural England has decided unilaterally to suspend the active General License, which allows for lethal control of avian pests, with no prior notice or alternative option in place to enable farmers / hunters to manage pests without risking prosecution.
