Petition Update Rule 265 of the highway code on restricted vehicles on the motorway

With the introduction of four plus lanes of traffic on the motorway in some areas, we should update the highway code so that restricted vehicles can only use the first two lanes of motorway (where there are three or more lanes) except in prescribed circumstances.

More details

This should alleviate the bottlenecking of traffic when three lanes of restricted vehicles are trying to overtake.
