Petition Lower the motability component of DLA age from 3 to birth

Only children over the age of 3 qualify for the mobility aspect of Disability Living Allowance, however younger children now require adapted prams and chairs which do not fit in a standard car. My son is 9m and requires a car his adapted pram can go into, however we will have to wait 2 more years.

The DVLA states that no child under the age of 3 can even apply for motability, I’d like to change that so each case can be reviewed regardless of the child’s age
