Rejected petition ban the production and distribution of plastic bags

Plastic is pouring into the world’s water systems, burying in our soils, lying on the ocean floor and infiltrating our once pristine ecosystems.
The 10p charge is not enough of a deterrent. If we don't have the option to buy we will become accustomed to bringing alternatives. We must #choose2reuse
