Rejected petition Margaret Thatcher: Referendum on state funeral

At a time of great hardship the undersigned find it abhorrent that such a divisive "person," intent at ruining the public sector to the benefit of private gain has been nominated for a state funeral. Ironically thus will come at the cost of millions to the tax payer.
We do not know those who have nominated her, nor those who have agreed.None of our elected representatives campaigned on this issue.
We therefore have the right to decide whether or not it should go ahead so there must be a referendum. State funeral - Yes or no?
