People who drink responciable in a bar/club or pub this shouldnt affect but for those who go out every friday and Saturday night and get totally drunk and throw up everywhere and draining the resources of the NHS and the London Ambulance service should be billed as other people who are having a heart attack or major sickness would find that there call is delayed due some idiot throwing up because he cant cope with his drink? Drunk = NHS bill to your house.
