Rejected petition Make Food Chains be aware of the full ingredients on their menu.

Many restaurant/food chains - are not aware of the ingredients in the product they are selling.

I think they should have the responsibility of knowing what is in their products.

Sadly people have died due to allergies, and I feel that we need to take this matter seriously in the UK.
