Rejected petition New box on all ballot papers with the words "None of the above deserves my vote"

The idea is to enable voters, disgruntled with all the parties on the ballot paper - for whatever reason - to express their GENERAL disapproval of ALL of them. It would also encourage more people to take part in the voting process and express a 'view' they would otherwise be unable to do.
