Rejected petition Bring Back The Death Penalty For Murderers

I would like to petition for a review of the death penalty for murderers that can be proved guilty by way of a system that can not be doubted such as reliable witnesses, CCTV, DNA etc.
It about time these kind of criminals learnt that there was a just punishment that fite their crime, not a life of relative luxury at the tax payers expense and the victim having no closure. These criminals can not be rehabilatated its just when this country will wake up and admit it.
