Rejected petition Fill the position of Prisons Minister as a matter of urgency

On 1st May 2019, Rory Stewart was promoted to Secretary of State for International Development. This has left us without a Prisons Minister at a time when overcrowding and short staffing is at its highest. We ask that the Government fill the position of Prisons Minister as a matter of urgency.
