Rejected petition I want to rename the tv license fee and make it an NHS yearly fee instead

I find the BBC to be a bloated and biased corporation and its about time they were left to stand on their own like all other TV channels. The money we are forced to pay for a "service" some people don't even use could be much better spent bolstering the struggling NHS , a service we all use.
