Petition Introduce plastic recycling facilities in all NHS wards

My 2 week old son has spent 8 days in 2 different NHS hospitals. Neither offer plastic recycling facilities. I use multiple single use plastic bottles, teats and plastic juice cartons daily. Multiply this by every other patient. My aim is to have plastic recycling bins on all NHS hospital wards.
