Petition Fund earlier counselling for transgender people

The transgender waiting lists in the NHS can be between 2-4 years before a person is first seen. This needs improving to help those people that need these services.

Counselling should be available before a first appointment, this can really benefit everyone.

More details

There needs to be more support in-between referrals and being seen for things such as dysphoria, something every transgender person struggles with deeply. This can help improve and save lives.
