Rejected petition Ask MP's to reject the Islamophobia proposal. As all religions are equal.
The cross party proposal that is pushing for what is defines as an Islamophobia law is being considered. People of all faiths deserve equal respect. In addition to this it is not racist to disagree with any faith. Free speech is a fundamental right that needs to be protected.

This petition was rejected
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
We can only accept petitions which call for actions that are the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament. How MPs vote in debates in the House of Commons is a matter for individual MPs rather than the Government or Parliament as a whole.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
