Rejected petition Gvt to review the means tested student loans in relation to household incomes

Because of SFC rules on means tested student loans, My partner's son's loan has been REDUCED by £6000. this is due to me moving into my partner's home. I have no financial or parental responsibility for him and have known him a year, how is this fair? He is training to be a mental health nurse!!!!!
