When you enter a shopping area or car park with a ticket machine you know you have restrictions.When your car is photographed going into a restaurant car park with signs high up on lampposts that you do NOT notice as you’re concentrating on driving and your children as you get out of your car, you do not see a ticket machine so therefore do not realise you have a time limit, Only to then be sent an extortionate parking ticket for staying too long,then any appeal rejected! has to be stopped now!
