Closed Re-introduce a manned S.I.A. call centre.

People within the security industry regularly complain that the online system for questions about and applying for an S.I.A. licence is woefully inadequate .
We have to pay to work in the security industry and believe we are entitled to speak to an actual advisor when dealing with the S.I.A.

I have worked for 15 years in the security industry and since the introduction of licences I have experienced problems myself regarding the online application process.
This was the seed of the idea that became this petition but as soon as I discussed it with S.I.A. colleagues I realised it was far from an isolated incident.
