Rejected petition Drop charges against Alan Pollock

Alan Pollock came to the assistance of a Train Guard, and helped eject a non-paying passenger from a train. The train, and everyone on it were being delayed by this person not leaving the train when asked,. The person was apparently drunk, and abusive.
Mt Pollock stepped in, and should not be punished for physically moving the passenger who was not responding to requests to leave the train.
