Rejected petition Theresa May has now resigned - Hold a general election to have a proper mandate.

The new leader of the conservative party will be elected by only 24000 members of the conservative party. Whoever wins will be a Prime Minister without a mandate of the citizens of the UK. Democracy must prevail a General Election is the only way the negotiations with the EU will have legitimacy.
