Petition Guarantee Free Cash Withdrawals from High Street Cashpoints.

An increasing amount of Cashpoints are charging consumers to withdraw money. On the high street, if people withdraw less money, it will hurt the economy. We ask that the government guarantees that a minimum percentage of ATMs be kept free to withdraw cash from, in order to keep easy access to money.
