Rejected petition car insurance price rises

Insurance companies should be banned from raising the premiums of innocent traffic accident victims. If you are hit from behind by another car your premium will rise by £30-£50 and stay higher for several years. This is unfair on innocent drivers and should be stopped or the extra should be recoverable from the gulity parties insurance company. Please sign if you feel innocent drivers are being unfairly penalised.
