Rejected petition No future UK Govt should prevent or impede Scotland from deciding it's future.
This petition seeks assurances in upholding the long held convention that the people of Scotland alone have the right to determine their future.
It will achieve this by compelling any and all future UK Governments to permit Scotland to hold a legal, democratic vote on its future if so requested.
