Closed Mandatory health checks every 6-12 Months

Every person to recieve health checks every 6 months and then too be provided with the necacerry means to improve the quality of life.
For example sexually transmitted diseases would be significantly reduced if every adult under 25 were screened and treated every 6 months via a quick urine sample.

Or every adult could be blood tested so that cancers can be caught at an earlier stage.

There are many more examples but overall identifiying probelms eariler on would reduce the cost to the NHS for treatment later on in life.
