Rejected petition Free parking for disabled in all hospitals with blue badge

I have been to hospitals with people who have blue badges and still they have to pay at some hospitals this is outraged they are disabled and they expect them to walk to the pay booths to purchase a ticket then to get back to the car then go to appointment this is a outrage and needs fixing
