Reafirm the law preventing cyclists from cycling on pavements and all pedestrian areas and fine them £2000 for breaking the law. For subsequent offences they should be imprisoned for a minimum of 6 months without parole or appeal!.

[NB It has got to the point where cyclists assume they have more rights on the above places than pedestrians. If its too dangerous on the roads they should walk or use public transportation]
