Rejected petition Tax plastic packaging to pay for UK only recycling and ban the export of waste.

Recent news has revealed our UK "recycled" waste turning up in other countries. It is not processed as we would have expected. We now need legislation to prevent the economics of cheaper foreign labour from driving our waste off shore. All waste must be processed or stored in the country of origin.
