Rejected petition Create an additional Bank Holiday to celebrate VE Day

Parliament should create an additional bank holiday to celebrate the Anniversary of V E Day. This day deserves special recognition, reflection and celebration. We shouldn’t have to sacrifice the traditional May Day Bank Holiday. Let us celebrate the Spring and celebrate 75 years of peace.
