Petition Consessionary Travel Bus Pass should have a start time of 0930 -1000 and an earlier finish

I would like to suggest to Her Majesty's elected government.
That the concessionary travel use of bus passes for those over women's retirement age, those with eligible disabled passes.
1: The use of the pass be adopted nationally at off peak travel between 0930/1000 by all county councils, and metropolitan or regional public transport authorities.
2: That bus operators also use it as off peak travel only Monday to Friday.
2a: Consider an off peak system similar to the rail system of which many operators of buses also own as well.
Also an earlier finish for evenings set at 2100 -2200.
The result bus operators would benefit more finance wise.
3: Also consider a similar scheme as used by rail operators, and National Express by considering a 1/3 reduction on bus fares on production of the concessionary travel bus pass.
