Rejected petition Scrap the BBC’s plan to get rid of free TV licence for over 75.

We’ve just honoured many of the people this will affect in the D-Day celebrations and to me this is a slap in the face to all OAP’s. It’s about time we respected our elderly, those who’ve worked hard all their life and deserve this one little perk, for many TV is their lifeline.
