Closed Fund BBC TV licences for any age people with Disability Living Allowance

People with Disability Living Allowance have already had to often fight to get it and this benefit is to ease them coping with disability. The added financial burden of the licence fee may deprive many of something that is to help them. You have to pay the fee even if you do not watch BBC TV !
