Rejected petition BBC to go subscription base, so we choose to pay not forced to pay!

Sky , virgin, talktalk, and many more dont force us to pay to watch there TV, so why should BBC be allowed to force us to pay.. where is the people choice? They recieve millions on million each year from people who dont even watch BBC?
