civil enforcement have been unfairly ticketing many motorists on the isle of wight and around the country for a long time now, they have been in the media on numerous occasions and still they are left to carry on, employed by such companys as the co op to manage car parks, they cause misery wherever they operate.
Its time the government made more stringent regulations that private parking companys have to follow, instead of allowing them to charge what they like, when they like and by whatever means they see fit.
