Closed skint against " legal money extortion"

Money lending at short notice on the highstreet with extortionate APR! Say, borrow £200, pay by next payday if you fail to pay then APR rates of around, 1500% apply.

Rent to buy of white goods or any other consumable with extortional repayments. Typical a fridge/freezer at, say, £450 equating to, say, £1500 by the end of the renting/buying period.

Is any Goverment morally correct to let this outragous business carry on!
