As the title says, why are we working so hard to pay people in other countries so much money to give us energy which we actually have in our backyard? The whole financial mess we are in could be cured if we use our own energy supplies instead of buying from abroad. This target should be made a reality within one governments sitting. Hell america set a man on the moon just by saying it. Can't we get our own energy supply by acting as ONE in a crises?
