Rejected petition Make it law that cyclists must use a cycle path and not the road when available

They are a hazard on the road , it would be safer for them to use a cycle path for others as well as them selves as they restrict the flow of traffic which is dangerous .so it should be a law That they must use cycle paths instead of roads
