WHY should someone get FREE Home Care whilst others pay up to £140 per week or more? The allowances of the disabled and pensioners are NOT varied based on such charges so WHY should a nationally defined basis NOT be decreed to all councils who operate the local situations by government centrally that applies to ALL EQUALLY irrespective of WHERE THEY LIVE??!!
