Rejected petition More officers patroling and protecting the animals around and in the pond.

I keep seeing dead birds in the pond and by the pond and some of these are babies this is heartbreaking. I have witnessed people dumping beer cans, crisp wrappers, bottles and even a bike on the pond. I have also witnessed school kids throwing and shouting at the animals. Something needs to be done.
