We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Criminal justice is devolved to the Northern Ireland Assembly.
We could accept a petition that asks that the powers be returned to the UK Parliament and then for the Government to implement the changes that you want to see happen are made.
Also, people who create petitions are required to give their full, real name. Sorry if this wasn’t clear to you.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
