Rejected petition Award Bill Tutte a posthumous honour on the 75th anniversary of VE Day

Bill Tutte worked at Bletchley Park and was the person who broke the German Lorenz code which enabled messages from senior german officials (including Hitler) to be deciphered. It is estimated that his work reduced the length of the war by at least 2 years and saved hundreds of thousands of lives.
