Rejected petition Keep NHS free at the point of use. No charges, no to treatment only if you pay

"My Choice" is a scheme where patients are charged for treatments, previously available on the NHS. Launched by Warrington and Halton Hospital this is part of a national pattern of treatment restrictions. Individual charges are unacceptable + discriminate against the poor. Reinstate the NHS.
