The NHS is taxpayer funded and the use of taxpayer funds for anything other than medical treatment of illnesses which arise naturally is misappropriation. these people found the money to pay for the insertion of these lumps of silicone, THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO FIND THE MONEY FOR THE REMOVAL.
