When we pay for goods or services (clothing, parking permits etc) the payment must be instant and without delay but in the case of refunds, these can take anything between 3 days to 8 weeks.

Refunds should be issued without delay too. Organisations should be forced to issue refunds within 24 hours of the refund request.
