Petition Anyone with a A1 licence can ride up to 34bhp and with A2 licence up to 80hp

Riders would be able to ride bigger bikes up to 34bhp on a A1 licence and 80hp on a A2. This will alow more riders to get bigger bikes at younger age and not be stuck having to wait till 21 to get full licence.
