Closed Change the age of criminal responsibility to age 12 instead of 10

Children age 10-12 are being arrested for stupid crimes when they are not in the right state of mind being at the age they are. This means that I believe they do not understand what could happen to them and how dangerous committing a crime is.

There could be an exception for crimes such as; Murder, Arson, Drug-related crimes etc....
