Petition Increase CBT certificates to 5 years instead of 2

Having done my CBT a few times now over the years I have found that 2 years is too short of a time and that 5 years would be more of a better time span.

I have spoken to hundreds of delivery drivers along with other members of the public that also have CBT’S.
