To establish a Royal Commission with wide ranging powers to examine whether there has been a complete abdication of national UK aspirations and symbolism in the face of US cultural imperialism (eg the only staue outside the UK Supreme Court (itself an American invention) is Abraham Lincoln) and to suggest measures to reassert UK cultural independence if required.
