Mothers and Fathers who have unfairly been denied access to their children and wish to support be a part of their child's life at times can't due to no savings or minimum wage jobs to which they can not afford thousands of pounds to have solicitor represent or help them in family court.

Parents are allowed legal aid if they have experienced domestic violence, but not if a child is being denied rights to see both parents.

Children are suffering due to court fees meaning they are missing out on a father.
